I believed I had to create the best results I could—be better, aim higher, learn more, grow faster. It was the culture I grew up in, surrounded by people who valued high performance, innovation, development, entrepreneurship, and success.
The meetings, the stress eating away at you, the burnout creeping in. I watched my dad, a small business owner, drown in his work. I saw it in my friends working in tech, and their relationships—smart, driven people, but so overwhelmed that they forgot why they started in the first place. Always hustling, always pushing, their mental and physical health weren’t the best anymore, and their relationships suffered. I felt that too. First job at 15, managing at 17, training sales at 22, in the tech industry at 27, traveling the world, amazing social life, cocktails and sushi, but still, I felt…my balance was off.
I craved success, but I also wanted to be free and happy. Deep down, I knew there had to be a better way but I didn’t know how.
I quit my job in cybersecurity. I needed the escape. I needed to know how.
Arriving in China opened my eyes to a new, completely different state. Being at ease—but not lazy—and creating and succeeding without stress. The approach to life and work balance was different. Company team leaders were driving results without sacrificing their personal lives. It was a revelation—efficiency and happiness could coexist. I realized this was the kind of balance I needed.
Within the next few years, living in China, I opened 3 businesses, maximizing their productivity by having these amazing systems. Other business owners started coming to me for help to efficiently streamline their operations. Business efficiency was my thing.
Back in Europe and working in a high fast-paced environment, despite the efficiency improvements, I kept seeing the same patterns—burnout, miscommunication, and leaders struggling to keep everything afloat. The change was slow. It wasn’t enough for me. I knew it could be better and easier.
I started asking different questions and dove into the world of psyche, NLP, CBT, Neurocoaching, mindfulness, brain and behavior patterns, and energy studies.
Years of learning and implementing, and I had the perfect combo! Understanding how the mind works, how our thoughts influence our actions, and how to harness this for greater efficiency and well-being. That was the missing piece!
Efficient thinking and communication could transform not just businesses but lives. It became clear that addressing the different levels of the subconscious was key to lasting change. The results started flowing in fast, almost effortlessly and vividly.
My Multi-Conscious Method was born, and I focused on coaching company leaders and their teams to tackle core issues, build efficient communication, align goals, free their time, and bring them the success they strive for without stress and frustration.
